Sharing information with affiliates . USNY Bank is part of a holding company that is made up of a number of companies, such as our bank, mortgage company, trust and investment company, and more. Currently we do not share consumer information or non-internal bank information (e.g. application information, credit reports, etc) with any affiliates without your authorization. -
Electronic Mail. Messages sent by e-mail may not be secured, may be intercepted by third parties and may not be immediately received by the appropriate department at USNY Bank . Be aware that a "receipt" acknowledgment on an e-mail message means only that the message has routed into the Internet, not that the message has been received by USNY Bank .
